We apologize for the inconvenience. Our brewers are calibrated for certain temperatures of boiling. Although we have a closed loop feedback system, the milk boiling temperature depends a lot on the type of milk, altitude. etc. Below are the steps to set the right temperatures to address the problem.
- Disconnect the brewer.
- Press and hold the left and middle button down. While holding the buttons down, reconnect the brewer.
- You should see the settings screen. You can scroll up and down using the left and right button.
- Go to the Milk Temp setting. It should be set to 94. Try lowering it 92 or 90 using the dial.
- Press the dial and you should hear a confirmation chime. DO NOT UNPLUG THE BREWER.
- Press and hold the left and middle button just like shown in the link above to go back to the home screen.
- If it still boils over, repeat the process and decrease temperature by another 2 degrees. Keep doing it till you do not see overboil.
